The occasion starts with Appu saying to Kanakam and Kavya that Swapna cheated on them. Kanakam says Swapna planned everything from the morning. Kavya recalls what happens. She calls Swapna but the call doesn’t get connected. Kanakam prays to god to show her a way and swears that she won’t lie presently if she comes out of this problem. On another side, Rudrani asks Krishnamurthy why his son is taking so important time. Raj says it’s not his mistake and he doesn’t know why she's late like us. Meenakshi says, Kavita. Rudrani calls Kalyan and asks him to answer Meenakshi with his kavita. Kalyani tells his Kavita. Meenakshi doesn’t understand anything. Everyone discusses why Swapna is late. Rudrani says morning Rahul said Swapna falls unconscious because of her diet. Raj feels concerned. She says she'll go and bring Swapna.
Kanakam and her daughters bandy about eloping of Swapna. Rudrani heard it and she barges into the room and asks Kanakam where is Swapna. Kanakam says Swapna will come in a nanosecond. Rudrani asks Kanakam how can Swapna who ran down come so soon. They get shocked. Rudrani says you prevaricated to us so much, presently our family character is at stake so do this marriage. Kanakam says Swapna is nowhere and I can’t make Kavya sit in the place of Bride. Rudrani thinks it’s a good idea. She asks Kanakam to make Kavya sit as a bridegroom and asks Appu to search for Swapna. They get shocked. On another side, family members bandy about why the bridegroom isn't coming.
Rudrani asks Kanakam to take a quick decision. Kanakam says Kavya and Raj don’t like each other. Rudrani asks if they've any other way. She says you coveted your poverty with a rich robe so now cover your son’s face. Raj thinks if Swapna likes to marry him or not. Guests bandy Swapna may doesn’t like to marry Raj.
Rudrani threatens to expose Kanakam if she doesn’t agree to her demand. Kanakam agrees to make Kavya sit like a bridegroom. Kavya and Appu get shocked. Kanakam requests Kavya to save her again from trouble. Rudrani thinks her plan will be double successful if Raj gets married to Kavya.
Subhash questions Krishnamurthy why his son is taking so important time. Seetharamaya asks his son to not produce a scene. Kanakam emotionally blackmails Kavya and requests her to sit like a bridegroom. Kavya asks how can she sit like a bridegroom. Rudrani says come to mandap wearing a robe and your family will search for Swapna and bring her then before the marriage ends also Raj can get wedded to Swapna. Kavya refuses. Kanakam pleads with Kavya to save her. Kavya agrees to save her mama’s character. Kavya asks Appu to promise her that she'll bring Swapna before Raj ties the matrimonial chain to her. Appu gives her word to Kavya and leaves to search for Swapna.
