The occasion starts with Advait calling the fire service. He makes his shirt dirt. He takes Nehmat in the ambulance. Ekam and Harleen are on the way to the ranch house. The ambulance goes crossing Ekam and Harleen’s auto. Ekam stops the auto and looks towards the ambulance feeling weird. Harleen asks Ekam to drive off. Advait rushes Nehmat to the sanitarium. The journalists ask Advait what happen to Nehmat who's pregnant. Advait lies to the media that they were relaxing in their ranch house after their election crusade and suddenly the ranch house caught fire. Meanwhile, Ekam and Harleen reach the form house. They're shocked to see the burning ranch house. The menial says that Advait is fine and Nehmat got wounded. Ekam recalls the ambulance. He says to Harleen that his suspicion about Nehmat was correct. They rush to the sanitarium.
In the sanitarium, Kapoors and Sandhus were there. Satti and Rupy worry about Nehmat. Shamsher is upset about Nehmat fake gestation getting exposed. Naaz wonders what happen in the ranch house and whether Mallika was there in the ranch house when the accident happen. She wonders why Mallika isn’t answering her calls. Naaz sees the news channels talking about Nehmat. She gets worried thinking that every time she tries to do commodity bad to Nehmat, it turns in her favor. Meanwhile, Mallika reaches her house. She recalls Nehmat saying to expose her and Advait’s affair in the media and grows anxious. She turns off her phone. She prevents Renuka from switching on the television.
Shamsher makes a videotape call to Advait and asks him to show Nehmat to her family. He obliges. The croaker comes to them and says that he can’t say anything without seeing Nehmat’s reports. Shamsher thinks that the fake gestation verity shouldn’t come out. He takes the croaker away to talk.
The croaker says to Advait that Nehmat reports are fine and she'll soon gain knowledge. Advait us spooked that Nehmat will expose him after gaining knowledge. Shamsher phones Advait and calls him out to handle the media who want to know about Nehmat. Advait obliges. Ekam reaches the sanitarium. He enquires at the event about Nehmat and learns that she’s in ICU. Ekam notices Advait. He goes to Advait. He holds his shirt collar and asks him what he did with Nehmat. Advait lies to Ekam. But Ekam refuses to believe him. He says that Nehmat has come to meet him as he dropped her there as her auto broke down. He says that after seeing the ranch house, it doesn’t feel like it was an accident. Shamsher stops Ekam. He asks Ekam to do his duty and control the media it's hopeless to know about Nehmat’s healthy condition.
Shamsher asks Advait to talk to the journalists as they've to talk to the croaker. Ekam says that he won’t spare Advait if it’s revealed that he has prevaricated. Shamsher takes Advait away. He says that he can’t wisecrack him like he fools Ekam and the media with his cooked-up story. He asks Advait what happen in the ranch house. He narrates whatever happens in the ranch house which disappoints Shamsher. Harleen arrives there. She gives the prasad that she got from Gurudwara to Satti and Rupy. Then Shamsher scolds Advait for his foolishness. He says that only Nehmat can make him win the election, so he asks Advait to make sure that Nehmat doesn’t gain consciousness, so she doesn’t tell the verity to anyone differently he'll lose the election. Ekam asks the nanny to meet Nehmat to get her statement. Rama asks the croaker and says to Ekam that Nehmat can’t give statements as she's still unconscious. The croaker tells the same to Ekam. Ekam leaves. admit finds Satti talking to an unconscious Nehmat asking her to wake up. Advait recalls Shamsher’s words. She stops Satti and takes her outside.
Shamsher and Rama assure Satti and Rupy that Nehmat would be fine. Shamsher gestures to Neeru. The ultimate shanties crocodile gashes and prays for Nehmat’s recovery. Shamsher and Advait try to shoot Satti and Rupy to go home. But they refuse. Advait prodigies what his pater ’s plan is. Shamsher scolds Rama and Neeru for letting Satti approach Nehmat. Ekam watches this. He wonders why Kapoor doesn’t anyone meet Nehmat. He grows suspicious. He vows not to spare them if they're responsible for Nehmat’s condition.
