The occasion starts with Naaz saying to Shamsher that she doesn’t want to leave this house and accuses of Nehmat always leaving the Kapoors' house when she faces any problem. She says that Nehmat noway watched Advait and his family. Rupy says to Naaz that she doesn’t know the verity. He refuses to leave Naaz in Kapoor’s house and asks her to come on with them. Naaz says that Rupy is doing with her the same he did with Jasmine because of Tejo. She says that he always prioritized Tejo’s happiness over Jasmine and he's doing the same with her by spoiling her happiness and life for Nehmat’s happiness. She accuses Rupy of being partial and dancing to Nehmat’s tune.
Neeru supports Naaz and accuses Rupy of conniving to patch up Nehmat and Ekam again. She says that Ekam is after Nehmat indeed after her marriage with Advait. Nehmat warns Neeru to bring Ekam into this matter and divert the content. She reveals that Advait kep her intern in this house and Shamsher and Rama helped him with this. She says that Advait kept giving her injections to keep her unconscious. Naaz and Neeru deny it by saying that they’re also in the house and didn’t see this. Neeru asks why Advait would do this. Nehmat says that she caught Advait with a girl in the ranch house. Naaz understands that Nehmat saw Advait with Mallika. Advait denies it. Shamsher pretends that he doesn’t know about it and asks who that girl is. Nehmat stays silent not wanting to expose Mallika.
Advait understands Shamsher’s plan and asks Nehmat to say who that girl is. Naaz also asks Nehmat to tell them who the girl is. Rupy also asks Nehmat to tell the girl’s name to prove her right, but Nehmat refuses to tell the girl’s identity. She says that she doesn’t want to defame a girl to expose Advait. Naaz asks Nehmat to prove her allegation against Advait by telling the girl’s name. Neeru also asks whom she trying to save. Nikhil also asks Nehmat to tell the girl’s name to prove her right. Nehmat still refuses to reveal the girl’s name but narrates whatever happen in the ranch house and after what Advait did with her with Shamsher and Rama’s help. Rupy leverages Nehmat, supporting her. Advait says that Nehmat is cooking up a false story about them. But Rupy says that he believes Nehmat and says that they set up her in a bad condition and thanks God that Nehmat is fine. Advait says that they should have informed her.
Advait says that he was searching for Nehmat the whole night. He accused Nehmat and tells a false story about what happened in the ranch house. He says that he wanted to surprise Nehmat so he calls her to the ranch house for the same, but she came to the ranch house with Ekam, so he got angry. They fought and the candles fell and the ranch house caught fire. He rushed her to the sanitarium. She had confinement and due to this, she had trauma. He says that he took her to a trauma center upon croaker’s advice, but she escaped while returning home. She reached their house and told them a false story. Nehmat is shocked to hear this. She says to Rupy that Advait is lying. Rupy says to Nehmat that he trusts her. Rupy asks Advait how Nehmat got injuries on her face also. Advait takes the stick of Shamsher and hits himself. He says that Nehmat injured herself like this and denies hitting her. Nehmat blasts her hands. She says to Advait that she’s not surprised by his geste. She says that he proved again that he's a politician.
Advait accuses Nehmat of criminating him falsely to reunite with Ekam. He says to Rupy that Nehmat noway accepted him as her hubby and always loved Ekam. She returned home as she was pregnant, but now she wants to leave the house as she’s not pregnant presently. Mehmet asks Advait to shut up. She warns Advait not to bring Ekam into this. She shouts that she wasn’t pregnant. But Naaz says that Nehmat got a big shock and she lost her internal balance. She lies that Nehmat was pregnant and had confinement, so she was in the trauma center with Advait which shocks Nehmat. The ultimate thinks that Naaz betrayed her again. Naaz asks Nehmat why she’s criminating Advait and Shamsher falsely. She says to Nehmat that if she wants to return to Ekam, they won’t stop her. Nehmat shouts asking Naaz to stop. She warns Naaz not to bring Ekam between this.
Shamsher shows Rupy the print of the trauma center register in which Nehmat’s name is there. He asks Rupy to cross-check it through Ekam who searched their whole house without a hunt left. He says that he didn’t take any action against Nehmat as they're nice people. Advait calls the croaker home. The croaker also lies. Nehmat refuses to fete him. Rupy recognizes him as the croaker who told her that Nehmat got discharged. Rama says that Nehmat isn’t suitable to fete her croaker due to her trauma. Nehmat says to Rupy that she's saying the verity, she wasn’t pregnant. Rupy asks Naaz to tell the verity as she’s their family's son. Naaz lies that Nehmat is pregnant. Nehmat says Rupy to ask Nikhil. She pleads with Nikhil to tell her grandparents that she wasn’t pregnant. Nikhil recalls Shamsher’s words. He apologizes to Nehmat in his mind and stays quiet. Nehmat is taken suddenly. Nehmat says to Rupy and Satti that she wasn’t pregnant, and she didn’t get any trauma. She begs them to believe her. She says that she can show them the place where they kept her intern. She takes Rupy and Satti to the basement. still, Nehmat stands shocked after reaching the basement.
