The occasion starts with Neelam saying to everyone about Rishi and Malishka’s marriage. Neelam also says this isn't just an advertisement but her pledge to Malishka and her family. Malishka thanks, Neelam. Malishka reminds Rishi about his pledge and asks Rishi to kiss her.
Rishi stops Malishka from kissing him. Malishka asks Rishi what happen. Rishi says to Malishka that he can’t kiss her in front of everyone as he feels awkward. Balwinder decides to touch Lakshmi for formerly.
Shalu asks Ayush to do commodity. Ayush says he can’t do anything and asks Shalu to just supplicate to God. Shalu prays to God to do commodity so that Rishi won't kiss Malishka.
Lakshmi opens her eyes. Balwinder closes Lakshmi’s eyes and puts on his mask. Lakshmi tries to get free from Balwinder.
Rishi decides to kiss Malishka. Rishi sees Lakshmi falling from the first bottom. Rishi catches Lakshmi from falling to the bottom. Rishi asks Lakshmi what happen. Lakshmi points upstairs. Rishi asks Ayush to check out upstairs. Ayush goes upstairs. Balwinder escapes from the Oberoi manse. Ayush comes into Lakshmi’s room and quests if there's anything wrong but Ayush sees that everything is fine.
Rishi notices that Lakshmi isn't breathing and says to everyone that Lakshmi isn't breathing. Rishi hearing this does CPR on Lakshmi and blows into her mouth. Lakshmi regains knowledge for a while and again loses knowledge. Rishi decides to take her to the croaker. Rishi carries Lakshmi in his arms.
Malishka sees Rishi kissing Lakshmi and leaves there. Sonal consoles Malishka. Rano brings the croaker to Lakshmi. The croaker checks Lakshmi and says Lakshmi is fine and Lakshmi only lost knowledge because of a shock. Ayush asks the croaker why did Lakshmi lose knowledge again. The croaker says it's because of shock. The croaker praises Rishi for saving Lakshmi by giving CPR to her. The doctor leaves there.
Malishka asks Sonal if Lakshmi stopped breathing because of her scattering chloroform. Sonal says it isn't possible and says people will only fall unconscious.
Rishi puts Lakshmi on her bed. Malishka comes and takes Rishi down from there. Sonal blames herself for Lakshmi’s situation as she supplicated to God to stop Rishi from kissing Malishka.
Sonal and Karishma try to explain to their family that Lakshmi having a shock is just fake and that this is all Lakshmi’s plan to disrupt this party. Virendra asks Sonia and Karishma to shut up.
