The occasion starts with an awestruck incident of Oswaal family. All the members enter the room of Aditi, seeing Geet crying they misdoubt commodity seriously. Sandhya notices that Aditi is lying and being senseless. Simar asks Reema to search outdoors, but also suddenly she notices Masumi sitting behind a settee. Reema arrogantly confronts her, but Masumi says she stayed in this room during the room. Gunjan invisibly orders Masumi not to open her win. But Reema struggles to open her win, but Masumi doesn’t. Gajendra comes and saves her. Simar also forbids Reema to disturb her. also they both run to her room of Aditi but there is nowhere except Aditi. Gunjan says they've changed their fortune by themselves, and Gunjan kisses the win of Masumi.
After many moments, Simar notices that Aditi’s hands are out for some reason. But Aditi still sleeps. They both come awestruck. Suddenly, Simar listens to someone laughing outdoors. They both run towards the ground hall and see terrible effects. Masumi, in the dress of Aditi, addresses others and the others members of Oswaal mollycoddle her with their kind and gentle words. Everyone refers to Masumi as the mama of Geet. Masumi when expands her hands to hold Geet, and Simar notices that there are lines in her triumphs. Simar understands the sense behind her threatening words and runs to their room of Aditi.
After coming to their room of Aditi, Simar observes Aditi scratching the bottom with her hands. Simar when asks her some questions, but she doesn’t answer. They can’t understand what’s going on. They can’t sound what has happed with Aditi. Suddenly Aarav comes and informs that an ambulance has arrived to take Aditi into the psychiatric sanitarium. Aarav and Vivaan both emphasize taking Aditi for the treatment. also, Masumi arrives and Aarav calls “ Chhutki ” which is the name of Aditi’s baby. Aarav and Vivaan both start to play with Geet. Simar and Reema devastated gapes at Reema. Simar also adjoins that Sandhya has accepted Masumi as her son, and Geetanjali devi also accepted Masumi as her grandson. Reema and Simar suppose how it was possible. Simar confirms that there's a commodity evil spirit behind all these.
Simar can’t understand why Reema and herself have accepted Masumi as their own. But seeing Chitra’s normal geste, Simar confirms that there are no blood relations with them. also, Reema asks Simar how would they save Aditi from this situation. Simar calls his own family, Gagan, and asks Gagan to come asap. Reema plans how they will stop others from taking Aditi. Then, Vivaan also arrives with the platoon of health care. Reema asks Vivaan to stay for 5 twinkles. Simar, meanwhile, promises Badima that he will take care of Aditi. also, she reminds the words of that Brahmin and takes the responsibility for Aditi by herself. Badima also agrees with the words of Simar but Badima also says, if Aditi do any mistake, she'll be kept in a sanitarium.
