The occasion begins with Mohan telling Judge that he loves Gungun and Radha. Shekhar tells Judge that it has been proved that Radha and Mohan love Gungun so much and indeed Gungun is happy with them. Namrata’s counsel says that Mohan and Radha are acting well but the court needs evidence. Judge tells Damini that she wants to know what the ultimate is allowing about Radha and Mohan’s relationship. Damini goes to the substantiation box. Radha thinks that Damini doesn’t want Mohan to get Gungun’s guardianship and that Damini’s statement may ruin everything.
Damini tells Judge that Radha and Mohan love each other so important that Gungun won’t get a better parent than them. She thinks that she can’t tell the verity. Namrata tells Judge that she wants to say commodity. Gungun pleads with her to let her stay with Radha and Mohan. Namrata comes to the substantiation box. Judge says that she'll review this guardianship solicitation after 6 months so Radha and Mohan have to prove that they're good parents to Gungun. She adds that if Radha and Mohan failed also Namrata will get Gungun’s guardianship. Radha thanks, God.
She says that they've to expose Damini within 6 months and she has to win everyone’s trust again. Tulsi’s spirit tells Radha that the ultimate has to win Mohan’s heart too. Mohan tells Kadambari that he has to tolerate Radha for 6 months. He says that nothing can change that Radha is a betrayer so he'll throw her out of the house after 6 months.
